Ingredients:
1 apple (100 g)
1 scoop whey protein powder (30 g)
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (115 g)
Cinnamon
1 tsp. sweetener
1/4 packet sugar-free pudding mix (10 g)
1 tbsp. almond butter (15 g)
Ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk (120 mL)

Makes 2 servings
Per serving:
220 calories
7 g fat
23 g carbs 
21 g protein
