Handful of ice cubes
1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (115 g)
1 scoop whey protein (30 g)
1 tsp. baking cocoa
1 tbsp. peanut butter (15 g)
1/2 tsp. sweetener
1/2 tsp. caramel extract

Makes 1 serving
Per serving:
320 calories
12 g fat
12 g carbs 
42 g protein
