1/4 cup honey (85 g)
1/3 cup soy sauce (160 ml)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard (60 g)
1 tbsp. olive oil (15 ml)
1 lb. chicken breast tenderloins (455 g)
Seasonings of your choice
1/2 cup onions, chopped (80 g)
