1 cup oat flour (80 g)
1/3 cup whole wheat flour (40 g)
3 scoops whey protein (90 g)
2 tbsp. sweetener
1 cup Greek yogurt (230 g)
1 egg
1/3 cup egg whites (80 ml)
Vanilla extract
2 tbsp. chocolate chips (30 g)
9 tbsp. frosting (90 g)

Makes 9 cupcakes
Per cupcake:
180calories
5 g fat
20 g carbs 
14 g protein
