1 scoop whey protein (30 g)
1 egg
1 tbsp. apple sauce (15 g)
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. baking cocoa (5 g)
1 serving chocolate chips

Makes 2 servings

14 g carbs 
18 g protein
